How to Install?
  • Disconnect your old shower head ā€” Turn anticlockwise to unscrew from the wall pipe. Hand-tight means hand-remove ā€” no wrench needed.
  • Wrap the plumber's tape ā€” Apply the included tape 3ā€“4 times around the wall pipe thread in a clockwise direction for a drip-free seal.
  • Screw on the stainless steel hose ā€” Attach the included hose to the wall pipe, turning clockwise until hand-tight.
  • Connect the Duo shower head ā€” Fasten the shower head onto the opposite end of the hose by hand.
  • Position the wall bracket ā€” Stick or mount the bracket at your ideal height and clip the head in.
  • Run a quick test ā€” Turn the water on, verify there are no leaks, and test the STOP button to confirm it pauses and resumes correctly.

The Duo combines a triple-stone Germanium mineral filtration system (Anion + Ceramic Energy + Tourmaline) with a high-pressure laser-cut plate and three spray modes, softening water and neutralising chlorine while delivering strong, even flow.

Detach the showerhead and soak it in a solution of vinegar and water to dissolve mineral deposits, then rinse thoroughly before reattaching.

Replace the mineral beads every 3 months for best performance (every 3 to 6 months depending on water hardness and usage) to maintain optimal filtration.

Remove your old showerhead, apply plumber's (Teflon) tape to the threads if needed, and screw on the Duo by hand until secure. No tools are required.
